Andy and Gloria were very responsive and helpful. Pick up and drop off were simple, easy and quick. We did a trip to Pemberton and the vehicle was great to drive. Highly recommend!

The host was great at communication and complete transparency. The car had most of its fluids low when I picked it up (oil, coolant, windshield wiper), the tire pressure was low on air. The winter tires were 60% worn out. I also confirmed with the liaison if it will be ready and got confirmed it was. The liaison did their best but the car did not give me confidence when I drove it.
