Pick up location and Kobe were amazing and great. Car ran smooth and very clean. Only reason for a 2 star is that the vehicle trunk never locked after me hitting the lock button. We had a crackhead in Chinatown open the trunk to get in the vehicle and stole over $700 US out of the vehicle. I wanted to give a 3.5 star but they don't have that option. Again service was great I would rent from them again just have to make sure trunk locks.
