The rental car was very convenient, and thanks to it, my trip went smoothly. I was able to pick up and return the car at the locations I wanted, and the rental process itself was simple.
However, I felt that there was not enough explanation about the fuel policy. At the end of the trip, I received an additional invoice, which was unexpected.
I returned the car with the same fuel level as when I picked it up. However, I was charged for additional fuel plus a $10 fee. I was never told that the car needed to be returned with a full tank. Even when I checked the previous instructions, they stated that I only needed to return it with the same fuel level as received.
I tried to have the charge adjusted, but my request was not resolved. Instead, I was simply told that I would receive a discount on my next rental if I left a review.
I decided to pay because I didn't want to let this spoil an otherwise wonderful trip, but I am still disappointed and feel that the situation was handled unfairly.

Just to reiterate what we already explained, you were comparing estimated range. That's not a reliable source for measuring the fuel in the tank. There's a separate gauge for that called the fuel gauge which was clearly not full, which is why Turo approved the reimbursement invoice.
Great rental. Great car and very easy pick up and drop off. Definitely recommend.
