The car was good but there was a warning sign for the emergency button but it didn’t affect the vehicle it was a bit irritating. Then the last couple of days a warning came up and it said to add oil immediately which caused some more concerns.

The car was clean and in very good condition. The pick up and drop off were also smooth. Commucation could be a little timely, but not a big deal.

Overall great experience and vehicle. My originally booked car was not available last-minute, but the host immediately replaced with a nicer option. The only inconveniences were having to take a selfie with the car upon arrival. It was pouring rain and extremely difficult while navigating a 30 lb snowboard bag on my back, roller suitcase, shoulder bag, and umbrella. Seems unnecessary as I’ve never needed to do this with a Turo rental. Also wished the car had Apple carplay; I had intentionally booked a car with that feature. The built-in nav was clunky, slow, and inconvenient since I had a bunch of destinations saved in my phone’s map. I had to prop up my phone on the dash, so of course it fell constantly. Otherwise very good experience.
