Routers seem like they are grinded down instead of replaced, make a lot of noise.
We guarantee that this vehicle has no issues whatsoever with the brakes or any other aspects. Previous renters have not reported any problems either. Additionally, we have always responded to this guest’s messages promptly. On the contrary, this guest often took two or three days to reply to us, so I don’t understand why they gave us such a low rating regarding communication. If we find any tampering or malicious replacement, we reserve the right to take legal action.
