Communication with Romy was quick and easy, and the pickup and drop-off process was smooth and convenient. Romy was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience stress-free. Bon véhicule roule bien avait un bruit sur l'autoroute par contre. Mais le propriétaire du véhicule à assuré qu'il allait règler le problème. Très sympathique aussi bien content de la réservation !

Une expérience exceptionnelle ! Un immense merci à Monsieur Romy pour son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Il a toujours répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions et a fait en sorte que tout se passe parfaitement.
Le véhicule était dans un état irréprochable : très propre, fiable, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. J’ai effectué un long trajet sans le moindre problème, ce qui m’a permis de voyager en toute sérénité.
Je suis vraiment ravi de cette première expérience sur Turo, en grande partie grâce à Monsieur Romy. Je le recommande les yeux fermés et je réserverai avec lui de nouveau sans aucune hésitation. Merci encore pour cette excellente expérience !
