Pick up location was great, Penny had it ready at the time and spot requested. Drop off was easy too.
Quality of the car was decent, we had couple of challenges 1) the driver seat is not adjustable back and forth, pulled the lever and tried adjusting and it didn’t move an inch, looked like it was jammed due to rusting. My spouse couldn’t drive due to this and I had to do all the driving which was a bit stressful on the long routes 2) the brakes need to be adjusted to be more “tight”.
