The RAV4 lived up to our expectations, it was dropped off where we agreed, on time, clean and fuelled up. The drop off went as expected, excellent.

Penny is a great host. She's friendly, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The car is in great shape, no mishaps on the way even if the "maintenance" notice is on for the rest of the trip. It's fuel-efficient and runs smooth. I will rent this again when I'm in St.John's. Will definitely recommend.
