The car was fine, but my experience after the trip was disappointing due to a disputed damage claim. I recommend that future renters take clear, close up photos and videos of every side of the vehicle before and after the trip

Thank you for the feedback. We understand the guest is upset about paying for the repair but Turo enforces a strict, independent verification process for damage claims. They only validate claims and apply charges when clear before-and-after photos conclusively prove new damage occurred during the rental. In this case, Turo thoroughly reviewed the documentation and upheld the claim. We echo the advice to take comprehensive photos, and we rely on accountability to keep our fleet safe.

I dont write reviews often, but, this was an outstanding experience with Turo and Speedy Key. The curbside service was the best and the gentlemen who delivered and picked up the car was great. I recommend Speedy Key and their folks with a vote of 10!! I will be back to Ottawa and will use Speedy Key again for sure.
