Gabriel was amazing all through the trip. He responded to all our questions very quickly and was amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend this car for the ease of use and the amazing customer service!! Thank you Gabriel.

It was just ok.
•Pickup and drop off at airport went smooth.
•Car was relatively clean, but lots of misc items in the trunk and frunk (bags, gloves, other misc stuff I don’t expect in a rental.
•Communication was easy through text and he was responsive
•Huge downfall was the new tires installed on the vehicle were extremely loud. We have two Teslas, never heard this before when putting on quality tires made for EV’s. It was like driving down the road on max RPM’s in a gas vehicle. Cancelled our road trip to Toronto because we couldn’t handle the noise.
