The car was 3 hours late to bring dropped off, and I wasn't informed until the initial drop off time that the previous renters had dropped it off late, and it now needed an oil change.
The car also had a weird smell the entire trip.
We apologies for the delay. The previous renter returned the car late, and it then needed a quick oil change to ensure it was in good condition for your trip. Thank you for your patience. We also offered the car for an extended period. To avoid the delay, we offered a premium car instead but the guest wasn’t willing to swap the vehicle. All our previous trips are 5* rated and we make sure cars are in great shape for our hosts.
