The option to have the car dropped off and picked up from my home was so convenient! The hosts were kind- the only reason why I rated the trip 4 stars rather than 5 is that the brakes need to be checked- so I didn’t feel super confident driving in the winter.
Thank you for bringing the brake issue to my attention and for your honest feedback. Your safety and comfort are extremely important to me. As soon as this was reported, I had the vehicle inspected by a professional and the brakes have now been fully repaired.
