Alex was always very kind and attentive. We had a problem with the car’s battery, which was beyond his control. Unfortunately, Turo’s customer support was very disappointing. Instead of sending someone to jump-start the car, they decided to tow it, leaving us stranded without any viable alternative transportation. The issue was not Alex, but Turo’s poor handling of the situation.
