Car was fine. Paid for premium pickup/drop off and he was pushy about the times to meet me… (isn’t the convenience of express pickup/drop off what I’m paying for??). felt scammy to be asked to indicate that I was being picked up at the hotel instead of the airport so he could avoid fees. Car did its job.

Smell in car was strong, husband has allergies to perfume to the 3 hanging air fresheners
Thank you for the feedback! I'll take it under consideration. I am sorry the instructions weren't clear. Regarding "low tire pressure": the car was delivered in perfect condition, but sustained an irreparable flat tire during your trip, which I replaced out of pocket.
