I never got to use this car. It’s a corporate owned car with far less flexibility than if I were renting from Enterprise or Avis.
I wanted to return the car same day, but the owner insisted on their “policy” even after making arrangements to return to it at their office.
So I paid for a car I couldn’t use.
Your reservation was from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM the following day. During your trip, you requested a return around 9:30 PM. Please note that we do not offer after-hours returns, and this is reflected in our booking settings.
If an evening return had been selected at the time of booking, the reservation would not have been confirmed under those conditions.
The vehicle was available for the full reserved period and the trip was completed according to the agreed terms.

Did an excellent job accommodating me in pick me drop off given the late evening times I had my travels. Highly recommend. Very considerate host!
