We were extremely disappointed with this Turo rental. This Tesla was by far the worst vehicle we've ever rented. The interior was in terrible condition - sticky seats, dirty floors, and an overall filthy cabin. Most disappointing was the broken rooftop glass, which made us feel unsafe throughout the entire trip. It posed a serious hazard to passengers and should never have been approved for rental in this condition.
Given the unsafe and unsanitary condition of the car, we believe a refund is warranted. This was not worth the price at all and resulted in one of the most disappointing rental experiences we've ever had.
Hello Shubz, the vehicle was 100% detailed before you rented from us. The pictures prove it. The vehicle passes the safety inspections twice a year by highly qualified mechanics,. I went out of my way to help accommodate your 4:00 a.m. rental and never once did you bring up any of these issues with me. I'm sorry I disagree 100% especially the host attitude part, you can see in our conversation I've been very responsive and accommodating for your trip to Montreal and back with the freechargeTesla
