Car rental is not free, we pay for our comfort but we got anxious and worried the whole trip because of flap rattling sound under the car while running and excessive brake noise while applying the brake.

I understand your concerns. However, rental pricing is determined by Turo, and there is very little I can control regarding the price. Car rental can never be free.
Regarding the brakes, there was no issue identified during the inspection, and even before your trip. Nevertheless, as a precaution and to remain compliant with Turo’s safety requirements, I had the brakes replaced afterwards. I appreciate your feedback and hope your future experience is more comfortable.
