The vehicle was clean, and pickup/drop-off was easy. Unfortunately, my experience after the trip was very disappointing. We had a huge dispute over fuel reimbursement and I was invoiced for more fuel than I used. The host was unwilling to come to a compromise and the situation was escalated to support which dragged on over a week until Turo eventually and thankfully resolved the situation. While the car itself was good, the post-trip experience was frustrating enough that I would not rent from this host again.
Thank you for leaving a response. If you used the fuel and didn’t refill to level it was supposed to be, you got to pay for it as simple as that. We can not pay for your fuel consumption, tolls and parking tickets. If it was a late return or anything else related to the car we can accommodate the guest. Not when you refuse to pay for the fuel you used and use it as a leverage to leave a negative review.
