Amazing service and wonderful person. This was the 2nd time I rented the Escalade from Stephanie. It was a very short notice trip due to a death in the family. Stephanie, quickly had the vehicle ready for me and in immaculate condition is always. It is spotless inside and out and always smells wonderful. She is such a thoughtful person, she has added a cell phone bracket, charging cables and even beverages in the cooler compartment for the renter’s convenience. She is always helpful with anything you may need in the Toronto area as well. She makes you feel like a friend rather than a customer and is always happy to answer any questions. She is an absolute pleasure to interact with and I wish I knew more people like her. The Escalade is in perfect shape and has every option you could ask for. I give her the highest recommendation possible!

Stephanie was a fantastic host, very responsive through the app, gave some alternative pick up/drop off locations, and provided a very thorough walkthrough of the Escalade. I would highly recommend her for your car rentals!

Good quality and great host!
Hi Vithika, I appreciate the review. However, full transparency you gave a 4 star rating for cleanliess but you brought the vehicle back with make up stains and flowers on the interior. The cadillac is detailed before and after each guest and also has a white interior. In any case, I would love to host you again in the future.
