Car was a little dirty and didn’t smell fresh. “Contactless” pick up was not that and involved a person I didn’t recognize from prior communications in the app.

Our host was an absolute gem! Thanks to Raúl and Alicia - The pickup spot was ridiculously easy to reach via public transit, communication was lightning fast, and the vehicle was well maintained and very clean inside. My family, enjoyed every moment of the massaging seats while in Vancouver traffic. Would certainly return for a rental in a heartbeat! Many Thanks.

Super easy super smooth process, host was very accommodating and the car was perfect
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
