Excellent all around

Arrived at the changed pickup location and the car wasn't there. We were left with a stranger waiting. When the car arrived the handover was brief with no interaction or communication. The petrol wasn't full and the wipers didn't really work. However the host made it easy for us to drop off the car in a different location to where drop off was originally located

Car was well maintained and drove well. It had a slight clicking noise at idle that fades when you get moving. We had an availability issue with the original vehicle I reserved, but the owner offered this as an alternative. Their communication was great and they worked with Turo to resolve the issue.

Initially communication started off great with no faults.
I didn’t drive the car until the second day and realised there was an issue with the car that made it feel unsafe to drive. I contacted him about this and as there was no light on the dash he deemed as no problem. I didn’t really drive the car after that, what ever the issue it felt unsafe to drive and smelled really bad after being on the highway for 5-10 mins.
I hope this is fixed for the next customers as it’s impossible to drive after a short period of time at 70-80kms.
