Worst experience, lack of customer service and care from this guy. Unprofessional service

As previously testified, the vehicle is in great condition and without any problem. The only thing was that the windshield has just developed a slight crack and I showed it to you before taking possession of the vehicle and you accepted it well just to get to the hotel in Laval (25km and more than 30 driving minutes) to cause all these problems later, return the vehicle and refuse to pay even for the fuel that you consumed... DISHONEST
