Perfect car for trip

Pire hôte que j’ai jamais eu la voiture était sale avec des déchets à l’intérieur.
La clé était cassée et je devais rentrer le véhicule à 17h.
La personne m’a demander si il pouvais venir à 18h j’ai accepter et il est arriver à 19h30.
J’ai reçue un ticket a 18h24 qu’il m’a demander de payer et qui a été prélever!!
C’est inadmissible.
