An outstanding Turo experience from start to finish! The host went above and beyond to make everything stress free. My flight was delayed, and he had no problem letting me keep the car until my updated flight time. When my flight was unexpectedly canceled, he was incredibly understanding and told me to keep the car overnight. He even offered to pick it up directly from my hotel so I wouldn't have to worry about returning it before heading to the airport. That level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated.
The Mercedes-Benz was spotless, luxurious, and drove beautifully. It had plenty of room for my family, was very comfortable on long drives, and the fuel lasted much longer than expected. Everything about the vehicle exceeded our expectations.
I highly recommend both the host and this vehicle. If you're looking for a reliable, luxury rental with an exceptional host who genuinely cares about their guests, this is the one to book. I'll definitely rent from them again!
