The car pick-up and drop-off process was seamless and very convenient. Nufi was extremely professional, calm, and clear in explaining everything, which made the entire experience smooth from the start.
The car itself was clean, well-maintained, and very enjoyable to drive; especially in winter conditions. It handled confidently on snowy roads and gave us great peace of mind throughout the trip.
On the return day, we were running a bit late due to heavy city traffic, but Nufi was incredibly understanding and reassuring. His calm and accommodating attitude ensured that we didn’t feel stressed on our last day, which we truly appreciated.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. Anytime we visit Montreal again and need a car rental, Nufi will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended!
