Parfaite communication avec Lionel, voiture en très bon état. Je recommande!!

Jeep was what we needed to get to our destination with 2 bikes in the back. Had a tire signal that ended up not being urgent but threw me off at first. Car shakes on highway when you drive at 100km/hr but did the trick. The check-in and check-out experience was bizarre and my first where the host asked for my permit (after already providing it to Turo) so I am not sure if that is protocol. If so, this is a communication issue with Turo and not a host problem. Renters need to know all the steps before getting the keys and returning the car.

Problème d’ABS sur la voiture mais Lionel avait prévenu. Le reste était impeccable ! Très bonne location

Lionel est réactif aux messages, cependant la voiture est tombée en panne (problème d’huile et de batterie) et nous avons dû rentrer à notre logement en taxi.
Nous avons dû régler les taxis aller/retour le parking du à la panne .
Lionel ne s’est pas trompé compréhensif malgré les photos / vidéos à l’appuie
