1. Left stranded at the airport with infant during pickup (1 hr late told me they got an accident so they can’t come)
2. When they rescheduled later that evening, another hour late claiming they got stop by cops…and upon arrival they realized they forgot the car seat and failed to bring it by morning next day as promised.
3. Car was very dirty, had a bad smell and gas not full.
