Pick up was super easy and they were flexible and quick to respond when I asked the night before to make my reservation a few hours earlier than scheduled. Car was clean and pick up was smooth and convenient.
Taking off one star based on the somewhat beat-up appearance of the drivers side (it’s pretty dented up) and difficulty closing the drivers side rear door. For such a new car, I expected it to be in better condition. The gas also wasn’t full when I picked up. Not a big deal but not what I expected. Overall would rent this vehicle again if the price was right. Felt like okay value for what I received. At drop off, they were present and super nice.
