Car was very dirty and smelled terrible.
Paid premium not justified. Also felt like much older vehicle. Needed wiper replacement as well. And on top of all that was blamed for a pre-existing damage.
Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the preexisting damage and for any inconvenience this caused. The guest was not held responsible for the damage, and I’ve since improved my inspection process to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
I also take cleanliness very seriously, and the vehicle was cleaned and delivered prior to the trip, but I will redouble efforts to ensure it always meets the highest standards, including addressing items like wipers
