The car itself was very nice and drove great with no issues at all. I understand the aesthetic appeal of wanting the car to look fresh and clean for the next driver, but the requirement to wash the car before return was a major inconvenience—especially in -13 Celsius degree weather. The only nearby wash station was a self-serve with no dryer, which resulted in frozen side mirrors and a partially frozen rear mirror. That created a driving inconvenience and potential safety concern as well. Given the price I paid for the rental, I don’t think guests should be expected to handle car washing under these conditions.
