We had such a great experience with our host! He was incredibly kind, friendly, easygoing, and understanding throughout the entire rental. Unfortunately, we had some unexpected damage happen to the car, and we were honestly really stressed and worried about how he would react. He was SO understanding about the situation and immediately reassured us, telling us not to worry and that these things happen. His reaction genuinely made such a stressful situation so much easier for us. He was patient, respectful, and super nice from beginning to end. We really appreciated his kindness and the way he handled everything. You can tell he truly cares about making his guests feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend renting from him and would definitely rent from him again. Thank you so much for being so understanding and amazing!
