I booked a Nissan Rogue with Jake and he made the process super easy. It was my first time booking through Turo and he took the time to help me through it. His explanation for picking up the vehicle was very clear and actually accessing the vehicle was easy through the attached coded lockbox. I also believe that the price was fair as I had an emergency and needed the vehicle same-day. One thing I must mention is the high level of customer service. Jake is extremely kind and professional and this set my mind at ease as I never booked through Turo before. Thanks so much Jake for everything, seriously a life saver! Aneisha

Great host with a professional approach - it’s always a pleasure to deal. Easy to get in touch with; no issues at all during the trip. The car is well maintained, in good condition, although not new (2015 m.y.); one of the best permitted mileages. Defo recommend!
