Jake and his Kia Soul were perfect! We had Jake's car for 3 days, well maintained & clean and it got us though one heck of a snow storm! Having just moved here from Victoria BC, where we rarely see snow, I went to return the car only to find a plow had buried it. Ugh, shovel, shovel, shovel... one hour late... but Jake was so understanding and ensured Turo didn't charge me the late fee! ☺️ Thanks Jake!!! 🙏😊
