As evident in the pics, the car requires proper servicing as the engine has a loud tapping noise, the tire pressure is low, also low washer fluid. We were paranoid all through and the driving experience wasn't great at all.

Washer fluid lights were not on when provided, not was tire pressure lights, there is no tapping noises from engine as not even the last guest or present guest, feel free to provide any info to us that states otherwise no other guests has had this experience and you had the car less than 24 hours. Guests have had these for weeks with no issues

Low tire pressure can occur at any time for any number of reasons and isn't an issue, it just requires air to be filled at any gas station, as well as it could happen from simply picking up a screw or nail whilst driving
Need some maintenance , otherwise its good trip, having some noise from car, but finished trip safely

There's lots of different road noises you can hear from time to time, road noise, tire noise, different terrain like highway vs regular roads, paved or unpaved, all cars will give you some sort of noises from outside, there's no way to sound proof a car without extreme sound proofing materials.
