Car is in excellent condition and the host provided everything you would need (charging cables, gps mount for your phone, etc). Delivery and pickup was super smooth. Will be returning in the future!

Booked for 8am. Told guy I was landing at 7 for airport pickup. Called at 745. Told me he was on his way. 805 uploaded pictures of car while still at his house. So I call again at 810. Said he is on his way and 10minutes away. Finally showed up at 830. First things out of his mouth were. "you have a baby? You should have reminded me" had to wait another 30-45min for his wife to go back and get the car seat that was very clearly ordered and chatted about previously. Frustrating after a redeye with an infant. We were also parked in arrivals drop off for a long time while security continuously told us to move the vehicle but we couldn't as we didn't have a car seat. Bit of a nightmare. On the way home the guy was waiting as we arrived and easy transition.

Hi Ben, I’m sorry for the delay and the seat mix-up. The booking showed a toddler seat, so I didn’t realize an infant seat was needed until pickup, but I arranged it quickly for your baby’s safety. I appreciate your patience and was glad the return went smoothly. I strive to provide great experiences, so seeing a 2-star rating is disappointing. I’ll double-check special requests in future to avoid delays.
