I had a great experience renting this Lexus in Toronto. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable, and drove exceptionally well throughout my trip. It felt reliable and was a pleasure to drive.
The only issue was that the car consistently displayed a maintenance reminder, which was a bit concerning, although it did not affect the vehicle’s performance during my rental.
The pickup location was convenient and easy to find and access. However, it was quite busy, and parking in the area was somewhat difficult. Despite that, the overall process was smooth and straightforward.
Overall, I would happily rent this car again and would recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable vehicle in Toronto.

Thank you for the review, Charles! I’m so glad you enjoyed the Lexus. I do apologize for the maintenance reminder. The vehicle is a 2025 Lexus and there were no mechanical issues at all. The reminder simply came on because it reached its scheduled service mileage during your trip. As for pickup, you chose the free alternate location to avoid airport fees. It can be a busy area at times, but it saves guests the airport parking charges. Thanks again! Hope to host you again soon!
