I rented this vehicle for two days, and while the car itself was great and met my expectations, my experience with the host was disappointing.
From the moment I arrived, I didn’t feel welcomed. The host made comments and jokes that made me uncomfortable, and the overall interaction felt disrespectful. During the return, before inspecting the vehicle, he immediately asked if I had done anything to the car, which felt accusatory. After checking the vehicle, he claimed there was weed in the car. I explained that neither I nor anyone with me had smoked in the vehicle—my child was with me the entire rental period. After looking at me and saying, “Okay, you’re fine to go,” I left feeling singled out and uncomfortable.
I can’t say what his intentions were, but the interaction left me feeling judged and unfairly targeted. Although the vehicle itself was excellent, the customer service experience with the host was enough that I would not rent from them again.
