Charles is by far the most outstanding host I’ve ever met on the platform. His communication was excellent — always quick to respond and very clear, which made the whole process stress-free. He was also incredibly thoughtful and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of before and during my trip. The car itself was in fantastic condition: spotless clean, well maintained, and extremely comfortable to drive. It’s clear that Charles puts genuine care into both his car and the experience he provides. I would absolutely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch rental experience.
