Fob failure at pickup. Host wife luckily came and gave me a replacement.
First time getting a 4-star rating, really sorry that the FOB ran out of battery.
I checked it in the morning and then put it in the locker.
I’m guessing it might be because the weather was too cold.
Sorry about this, I probably made you freeze.
I’ll be much more careful from now on and do my best to satisfy customers as much as possible.
