Very disappointing experience with both the host and Turo customer service.
I took photos of the fuel level when I picked up the car and again when I returned it. The car was not provided with a full tank, yet I returned it with more fuel than I received. Despite this, the host claimed I didn't return it with a full tank and requested additional charges.
I contacted Turo customer support and shared my photos, but it felt like my evidence wasn't properly considered, and the decision favored the host.
I've used Turo before and never had issues with other hosts. If you book with this host, be sure to take detailed photos and videos at pickup and drop-off, as you may otherwise face unexpected charges.
Car is good there is no doubt in that but be careful with host, or I will say stay away from him and look for someone else.

Pre-trip gas range 642km, post-trip gas range 543 km, the gauge is obviously lower. Guest refused to pay the gas refill. Left the review make nonsense
