Wonderful host, very kind, understanding, and helpful. The car was ready for pick up on time, and since it was my first time driving in Canada, the host gave me really useful information when I picked it up. The car runs smoothly and was a pleasure to drive. I would definitely recommend it!

I Had booked for 2 days, this Host had a recording device in the vehicle and I didn’t feel comfortable with it. I drove off and called Turo to confirm, the host threatened to file police report if i didnt return the vehicle which i did, all because I reported it to turo

My track record speaks for itself: I have excellent ratings and was an All-Star Host. This guest complained about the exterior front and rear dashcam, which Turo’s policy permits without special consent. The interior camera and audio recording were turned off. In my opinion, the complaint was used to obtain a partial refund, leaving the guest benefiting while I lost a day’s rental income. Future hosts, please be cautious, document everything, and protect yourselves from this person!
