Absolutely brutal experience with this Turo rental. The vehicle was picked up late, which immediately threw off our schedule, and communication from the host was extremely poor throughout the trip — especially during drop off back at the airport, it took multiple text messages on the app, an attempted call, and despite me messaging the night before suggesting I was going to drop off at the airport in London. Trying to get clear instructions or responses was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult and almost mad us late for our flight.

The car itself was also not as advertised. The listing specifically stated that features like the radio and cruise control worked, but neither functioned at all during the rental. For a vehicle being rented out on a travel platform, basic features like that should absolutely be operational.

To make matters worse, there were strange Halloween decals/stickers placed along the inside of the driver-side windows and windshield area that partially blocked visibility while driving. It looked bizarre and honestly felt unsafe. I’ve attached a photo because it was that ridiculous.

Overall, the vehicle was poorly maintained, inaccurately described, and the host’s communication made the entire experience worse. I would not rent this vehicle again and would strongly caution others before booking.

The car drives good. It needed servicing and the speaker wasn't working, so navigation was a bit of a hassle.
