Pick up drop off, communication and quality good

This car drives great, had no issues except for the AC. It blows hot air, and I couldn't find out as I picked it up on a cold morning in London ON. The air conditioner needs to be fixed. I drove to the states and ended up not using it within the states. It's already super hot in the States.
