The car was great, however, Francois does not use a lockbox for the key even though the pickup instructions say he does. My flight was delayed by an hour and when i got there he demanded i pay him $50 for his hour wait even though he didnt tell me id have to get it from him. When i went to drop it off, i asked in advance if i could drop it off earlier and he initially said no then stopped responding. Then, when it got to the time i requested, he said he was there waiting for me. He then demanded $50 extra for changing the pickup time. Although the car was great, the pickup and drop off was unnecisarilly stressful and he should just use a dropbox
