Areas for improvement:
•Provide the vehicle with a full tank of petrol (it was provided with 3/4)
•Car remote frequently gave "wrong key" error

We avoid providing vehicles with a completely full tank because the “full” mark on fuel gauges has a big margin of uncertainty. After filling up, the gauge can stay on full for many kilometers, sometimes over 50km, which makes fuel level tracking less precise and can lead to confusion.
I'll take a look at the key issue, thanks for letting us know.
We also want to note that on Turo, a 4 star rating impacts hosts the same as a 1 star review, which is worth keeping in mind for future trips.
