Very disappointing experience overall. The Mercedes emblem was missing (stolen the day before), leaving a large visible hole at the front of the car, so I did not have the premium vehicle expected for a VIP event. The check engine light came on at the end of the trip, the key battery was depleted, and the interior cleanliness was below expectations at pickup.
I reported everything with photos in the app and asked both the host and Turo for reimbursement, but without success. I spent many hours on the phone with no resolution.
I would not recommend Turo. The service is very poor, and once you encounter a problem, you are essentially left to deal with it yourself. Never again.
