I am writing a review 10 minutes before the review period as I wanted to give the owner time to make this right.
Paid 500 Cad for 3 days and I still had to rent another car for my rental period.
Car was covered in snow on the pick up - low pressure tire was not visible. After 30 minutes I noticed that there was an issue with a right passenger tire. After calling the owner 5 times and 2 text messages he finally responds and tells me to get it fixed on a tire shop and send him the invoice for him to cover.
We went to the tire shop, replaced the tire (paid 200 cad out of pocket).
Seems like the issue was with the rim. Next morning tire was again flat.
No communication or response from the owner.
We rented another car and barely used this.
When I got back the car they said they will take care of expenses and refund.
It’s been 10 days and they are not even responding.
Not to mention that electrical functions of the car like blind spot warnings consistently on.
I waited as long as possible to write this review - 5 minutes before period of the review ends.

Le GLK est parfait pour la neige comme pour la route. Il nous a accompagnés tout au long de notre voyage sans aucun souci majeur.
Le seul point négatif a été le retard d’une heure de l’hôte au départ.
Sinon, je recommande.
