Alexander is a truly thoughtful host. He’s available and responsive. His Santa Fe DE is clean, full options , and comfortable. I highly recommend it. On my next trips to Montreal, I won’t hesitate to rent a car from him.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I highly recommend finding a different host. When I picked up the vehicle, the gas tank wasn't completely at the max, the host later falsely claimed it was (thankfully, pickup photos proved him wrong). Additionally, the car had winter tires on during high summer temperatures, making the drive incredibly noisy and unsafe.
The worst part was the drop-off. I returned the car vacuumed, trash-free, and in very reasonable condition. The host became visibly extremely angry and rude, demanding I take the car to a car wash. When I refused, he threatened me, saying, "You will see." He then submitted a fraudulent claim to Turo, falsely accusing me of smoking in the vehicle for a $150 cleaning fee. He used a picture of minor, normal dirt on a plastic floor mat, claiming it was "cigarette ash."
Fortunately, Turo reviewed the evidence and quickly ruled in my favor. Completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Save yourself the headache and book with a better host.

Thank you for your feedback. Upon return, the vehicle had a strong odor of cannabis and cigarette smoke. When asked to address this, the guest sprayed perfume inside the car in our presence to mask the smell, which only made it worse. We offered the option to clean at a lower cost, which was declined. Cleaning and smoking violation fees are set by Turo's policies, not by the host. All evidence was reviewed by Turo accordingly. We wish you well in your future travels
