Navigation is so outdated that it can’t find the addresses. The dashboard was dusty; stains on the seats. Smelled heavy perfume when got into the car. Reviews do not seem organic.

It’s unfortunate to see this review after persistent requests for a full refund on a non-refundable booking were declined per policy. The guest raised zero issues during the trip, yet complaints appeared after the refund was denied. This 1-star review is simply retaliation over policy enforcement.
