- did it change over time?
- did it seem to come from a particular spot?
I would love the opportunity to address the issue and ensure future guests are not impacted in the same way you were.

No issues whatsoever, seemless pickup and drop off with clear instructions. Car handled great, was great on gas, spacious for 3 people including ski gear, and had near brand new winters on the vehicle.
Responsive host and would happily book again.
